Stanley Dentistry “Find Your Smile” Scholarship
The Stanley Dentistry ‘Find Your Smile’ Scholarship was originated in 2011 in order to reward a worthy 4 year College bound student.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a current patient of Stanley Dentistry (as of August 15th, 2011)
- Be accepted and enrolled in a four year University or College Submit one official transcript from your latest college transcript demonstrating at least a 3.0 grade point average. (GPA)
- If you are a rising college freshman please send your final high school transcript.
- Provide 1 letter of recommendation from teacher, employer or administrator
Value
One $1,000.00 award will be given for the 2011-2012 academic year.
Application Procedure
All applicants must provide a complete application to be considered for this scholarship. In addition to the application, all applicants must provide an essay of 400-500 words that includes a brief biographical sketch and why dental healthcare is important.
