Oraqix

At Stanley Dentistry, your comfort and dental health are the most important factors for us when treating you. No matter what procedures you may need done, we want to find ways to make the process as easy and as comfortable as possible. For that reason we use Oraqix for delivering localized anesthesia during some of our procedures.

Oraqix is given to adults who require localized anesthesia in periodontal pockets during scaling and/or root planing procedures. Oraqix is applied on the gingival margin around the selected tooth using an applicator. The procedure may begin about 30 seconds after the application of Oraqix. The anesthesia lasts about 20 minutes and Oraqix may be reapplied if needed.
