Dr. Monica was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She grew up attending many science programs and knew at a young age she wanted to become a dentist.

Dr. Monica is a graduate of Dillard University where she majored in Biology and double minored in Chemistry and Math. After graduating from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville,TN in 2011, she attended a general practice residency program at Morristown Medical Center, in Morristown, NJ. During residency, Dr. Monica received advanced training in all aspects of dentistry as well as IV sedation training.

Dr. Monica is passionate about continuing education and has completed over 600 hours of continuing education. She is particularly excited about cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and the ability to provide comprehensive dental care to her patients via IV Sedation.

Dr. Monica moved to North Carolina in 2014, and loves the 4 seasons the Carolinas offers. Dr. Monica believes that a healthy mouth, leads to overall improved health.

Dr. Monica is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry,  American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD),  American Dental Association (ADA), and enjoys speaking and mentoring in the field of dentistry.
