Why You Don’t Need to Reschedule Your Cleaning
August 28, 2020
How are we making Stanley Dentistry safe for patients coming in for regular cleanings?
Our community has been through a lot over the last few months. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your wellness. At Stanley Dentistry, we’re taking proactive steps so that our patients have a safe, clean care environment for all their dental needs — including preventive care appointments.
Preventive care includes daily brushing and dental cleanings. While you can handle the brushing part yourself, it’s impossible to replicate a dental cleaning from home. We use state-of-the-art technology and highly trained hygienists to ensure each and every patient leaves our office with a clean, healthy smile. During these unfamiliar times, you may think that skipping a preventive care visit is the best way to ensure your health and safety but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Your mouth is an entryway to both your digestive and respiratory systems. Dental problems have been linked to health concerns like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and even issues with fertility. It’s important that you maintain your dental health — and thus your overall health — by scheduling regular exams and cleanings.
We’ve always been committed to the highest safety standards but, in the wake of COVID-19, we’ve implemented additional virus-related protocols. Those protocols include:
