Dental Administrator / Customer Service
📍 Cary, NC · Full-Time: M, W, TH 8am–3pm · Tue 7am–3pm
Responsibilities
· Prioritize customer service at every patient touchpoint
· Manage appointments, check-in, and check-out processes
· Data entry and patient record updates
· Handle insurance payments and information
· Assume leadership roles as needed

Qualifications
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Dental experience required
· Dentrix knowledge is a plus
· Ability to work Monday–Thursday
· Stable work history with strong customer service background
· BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
· Computer-friendly and software-savvy
· Strong multitasker who takes initiative
